EOI - LCRCA - Events Management Service - Events (MIPIM/UK REiiF) Delivery Partner

Liverpool City Region Combined authority, through its Business Growth service and Invest Liverpool City Region, is implementing an ambitious plan to attract new investment into the city region. We are looking to procure a delivery partner to support our capital and real estate programme, E.g., MIPIM and UK REiiF. We are looking for an organisation that can effectively act as extension to our team, for an initial 12-month period, which will help us clarify delivery going forward. So, potentially a longer-term project for the future. We require one contracted partner to help bring on board sponsors, manage partners, develop the programme of activity and deliver the events themselves. We would like a contract start date as soon as possible, ideally before 1st September and no later than 30th September 2024. The organisation must have sufficient scale and corporate resilience to deliver the programme unimpeded. The extra capacity of the potential team procured will be responsible for things like: * Developing an event plan (timelines, budgets, logistics, and messaging). * Successful execution of the events and programme development - venue selection, registration, audiovisual requirements, content, catering, transport, panel discussions, round tables, networking, lunches and dinners and organising the team’s travel / accommodation. * Maintaining communication with major event organisers on our behalf. * Collaborating with us to develop and position compelling marketing collateral - raising awareness of Inward Investment Opportunities. * Secure public and private sector partnerships (including revenue generation) through the creation of mutually beneficial partnership packages: • Negotiating partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved. • Securing members’ attendance at major real estate conferences. • Coordinating with partners, to maximise their visibility and engagement during the events to ensure added value. * Work alongside us on account management * Facilitate engagement with potential / targeted investors. * Develop a strategy for maximising private sector membership * Devise a range of communication strategies to engage with existing sector members * Support / management of incoming enquiries and visits to any stand/pavilion, follow up communication and manage referrals to us. **All to be confirmed before we send out a more specific brief** Would your organisation be interested in submitting a quotation for this work package?
