DM/00179 - Replacement Safety and Monitoring System at Defence Munitions Beith and Gosport

DM/00179 - Request for Information (RFI) The Safety and Monitoring System (S&M) at Defence Munitions Beith and Gosport ensures safe operation of Complex Weapon (CW) processing and test facilities, namely Integrated Weapon Complex's (IEC's), CW Test Facilities and Non-Explosive Workshops (NEWS). There is a requirement to replace the current system due to obsolescence and Defence Munitions require Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and subsequently design a new solution for an S&M system to interface with existing facilities and provide access control when processing current and future CWs. Please refer to the attached RFI document for additional information regarding the requirement and the proposed Market Information Exchange Day. This RFI is not a bidding opportunity but a means by which Industry can express interest in delivering a potential solution, provide information and engage in a Market Information Exchange Day. Any future procurement activity would be conducted in accordance with the relevant Procurement Legislation.
