[15:37] Jason Thornhill (Corporate Services and Transformation) The requirement is to supply Derbyshire Catering Service with their point-of-sale material, in digital and print format. This is a pricing exercise for evaluation, after which a contract will be awarded to the winning bidder for a period of 12 months with the possibility of further extensions. This project includes 4 sections, these sections may vary when the work is carried out, this is purely a pricing exercise. 1. Design only 2. Design, print and supply items (no installation costs) 3. Full Project example A (Survey / site visit to measure, design, print, install) 4. Full project example B (Survey/ site visit to measure, design, print, install) All work with the Derbyshire County Council (DCC) branding needs to adhere to the brand guidelines and all artworks are required to meet accessibility guidelines outlined in these links: Understanding WCAG 2.2 - Service Manual - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) and How to Meet WCAG (Quickref Reference) (w3.org) The Derbyshire Catering Service (DCS) element will require use of the existing brand concept for Food Explorers (Primary Schools) and Food Central (Secondary Schools), incorporating the logos and images as required. You must submit a price for each of the elements detailed below in green. Failure to submit a price for any element will deem your bid non-compliant.
