Communal Heating (Boilers) Servicing

Tender description

Procurement of a single contractor to assist with the servicing and maintenance of communal heating and hot water plant within the London Borough of Hackney. The works primarily relate to the 14Nr locations listed at Appendix 11 (List of properties in the Contract Area) and associated in-dwelling equipment. However the scope of works can include renewals and repairs to other locations (within the London Borough of Hackney - see Annex 20) if instructed. The estimated annual value of this contract is: £350,000 The Employer gives no warranty or undertaking as to the actual amount of work (in total or for individual elements of these works) that will be ordered and the Contractor is not guaranteed exclusivity in providing this service. No variances in the actual value of works ordered to that anticipated shall give rise to a change in any rate or price.
