Cleaning Services and Consumable Contract 2024-2027The Authority is seeking to award a Contract for Cleaning Services across our estate.The Contract Term is a maximum of five years (initial three-year term and two optional twelve-month extensions)AFRS want a comprehensive property cleaning service comprising but not limited to: general cleaning, periodic cleaning, call-off cleaning, window cleaning, washroom services and provision of consumables. It is an aim of this Contract that the standard of cleaning across the Service shall be consistent and in accordance with the Service Standards.
