Tender description
Westminster City Council has identified the need for improving governance of the forums and increasing diversity. Currently, the Forum’s do not reflect the demographics of the city with a particular lack of Global Majority representation from Black, Asian, dual heritage and people of colour. The council is therefore looking for a suitable organisation to pilot a three month programme of training and capacity building to support neighbourhood forums improve the governance and diversity of their committees. Contract start date anticipated as mid September 2024.
