Appointment of Accountancy and External Audit Services

Tender description

The National Museum of the Royal (NMRN) are looking to appoint for for Accountancy and External Audit Services. The Services are divided into two lots. Potential suppliers are invited to tender for one or either of the two lots. It must, however, be noted that in order to maintain audit independence, the two lots will be awarded to two separate companies. The lots are as follows: Lot 1- Acting as External Auditors for the Subsidiary Companies and Trusts (£250k) Lot 2- Statutory Accounts Preparation (£250k) The NMRN is looking for the provision of the Services for a minimum of four and a maximum of six years (with a two-year extension subject to satisfactory performance) commencing with the delivery of the statutory accounts and subsidiaries audit for the financial year 2023-24. It is anticipated that the contracts for the Services will be in place by January 2024. The full scope of requirements can be found in Annex A of the ITT documentation.
