In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: • 2 x Pastoral Office / Special Tuition Resource Room 30.0 m2 • Giving a Mainstream floor area incl circulation and internal walls) of: 38.4 m2 Section B • 2 Classroom SEN Base 359.0 m2 • Giving a Special Needs floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of: 459.5 m2 Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A and B (incl circulation, internal walls and stairs) 498.0 m2 Also: • Secure soft play area (accessible from Classroom) 50m² per Class Base 100 m2 • Sensory Garden 100 m2 • 6 parking spaces
