Tender description

The scheme relates to demolition works to a block of bedsits/maisonettes in Banbridge as detailed in the Tender Documents. The works will comprise demolition of a three-storey block of dwellings made up of 10 ground floor bedsits with 10 maisonettes above to include cantilevered walkways, balconies and single/two storey stores. The site shall be left cleared for future redevelopment to improve the surrounding area and the environment for residents. Contractor to allow for full liaison with NIE for the disconnection of electrical services to the existing building and re-routing of electrical supply to the adjacent bungalow.
