The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of 12 Alfred Place/ 213-215 Tottenham Court Road – CAT B Office Fit Out to Third and potentially Fourth Floor The City of London Corporation (CoL) are intending to complete the CAT B Fit Out of 3rd & 4th Floors of 12 Alfred Place, for marketing purposes to seek the attraction of new prospective tenants. Initially fitting out the 3rd with a possibility to fit out the 4th should this be required. The works will include the provision of a fully fitted kitchen, reception, partitioned meeting rooms, phone booths, break out areas and office accommodation, all furniture, soft furnishings, new surfaces, finishes and amendments to the electrical distribution & building services to suit the new layouts. To include a security / data solution to connect the reception area to each of the floors to provide flexibility in receiving guests.
