TENDER FOR TENANT SATISFACTION MEASURES SURVEY

Tender description

Melton Borough Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services in respect of conducting an annual survey of Melton Borough Council tenants in a prescribed way. This is called the tenant satisfaction measures (TSM). We have carried out our TSM survey for 2023/24 and are looking for surveys from 2024/25 onwards. From this tender we require the partner to complete: • Project management, survey design, data export, sampling, and exclusions • All Fieldwork in connection with completing the survey’s • Weighting of results, reporting, benchmarking, and key driver analysis. The features of the regulatory survey include: • A mixed method survey to be carried out on behalf of MBC. • The survey could either be carried out mid-late September or on a quarterly basis throughout the year. • Based on 1,800 surveyable households, MBC would need 317 valid responses in order to meet regulatory compliance therefore MBC wishes to carry out a full census approach to all 1,800 properties. • The survey will include the 12 TSM questions (along with pre-qualifiers) and up to five additional questions – which may be open-ended questions.
