Clanmil require a suitably qualified supplier to undertake Abercorn Ct, Moatview Ct, Cedar Ct Heating Upgrades as part of its ongoing Asset Management Strategy. The scope of works includes for the removal of the existing heating services and the installation of new Electric Heating throughout the properties listed below all as detailed on the accompanying drawings, Equipment Schedules, in this specification and in accordance with the PM Contract Data – CDI. 1. Moatview Court, Ballymena 2. Cedar Court, Newtownabbey 3. Abercorn Court, Portrush This shall include the supply, delivery, off-loading, erection, connection, testing and commissioning of all plant and materials for a complete, safe and satisfactory electrical services installation.
