SHDF Wave 2.1 Main Contractor

Tender description

This Contract is for Oxford City Council’s SHDF wave 2.1 main contactor to install PAS 2035 compliant retrofit installations and related works that meet SHDF funding requirements. Oxford City Council have been awarded funding for the retrofit measures installation works to 316 properties, of which this tender compromises approximately 200 properties for delivery by the successful contractor in the timelines set out in the Social Housing Decarbonisation Funding Wave 2.1. The works of the 200no properties are proposed to be undertaken within the postcode areas of OX1, OX2, OX3 and OX4 however this is subject to eligible properties confirmed in these areas, other postcode areas may therefore be included.
