SDA HR Entry Talent RFI

Tender description

The SDA is currently reviewing its management of Entry Talent for its Apprenticeship and Graduate scheme within the SDA Project Delivery and Engineering functions. As part of this the SDA wants to understand the potential to outsource all aspects of Entry Talent management to cover: the end to end employment and management of entry talent in Engineering and Project delivery including, areas from marketing, outreach and recruitment, security vetting, through to graduating and regrading into the Organisation. As part of this Request for Information (RFI), the SDA welcomes all responses to the questions detailed in the RFI.
