Tender description
To provide support and maintenance for the Control-M scheduling software that Computer Operations use to manage the batch work. DSP owns this software but this contract will ensure DSP is provided with any updates and patches issued by BMC, the software vendors. It will also provide engineering support days on a drawdown basis should DSP require it.
