Tender description
Chime is embarking on a process to develop a new strategic plan for the Organisation for a four-year cycle (2025-2028) and is seeking a consultant to assist in this process. The duties of the role will include project management, workshop facilitation, ascertaining stakeholder inputs and coaching / challenging the Senior Management Team to plan strategically. It is anticipated the works would commence in quarter 4, 2024. It is anticipated that the consultancy work will include some or all of the following. • A number of workshops for the Senior Management Team • A number of workshops for the Board • A number of focus groups / workshops for staff • Engagement with external stakeholders • Market / sector analysis
