Tender description

The standard tools for flood estimation in the UK are the methods in the Flood Estimation Handbook (FEH). These include rainfall-runoff modelling methods, which require extreme rainfall estimates as an input. Extreme rainfall estimates are also used to model surface water flood risk, and to assess the probability of observed extreme events.
