Short Description: Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service - NHS West Yorkshire ICB (Bradford District and Craven Health & Care Partnership). Pulmonary rehabilitation is an exercise and education programme designed for people with lung disease who experience symptoms of breathlessness. Contract period: 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028 (2+1) Lot 1: This notice is an intention to award a contract under the competitive process. The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award the contract to Baywater Healthcare for the provision of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime. Contract term 2 + 1 years from 1st April 2025 to 30th April 2028.
