Tender description

The requirement is to provide the required levels of resources needed to support the fluctuating peaks and troughs of the Defence Estate Optimisation Portfolio (DEOP). The PCMS Consultant will be required to supplement the Civil Service team providing Programme Management Office (PMO), controls and core infrastructure services that can operate at the centre of the DEOP and across all DEOP projects, to leverage value across the entire programme and into the DEOP Office as per Annex A - PCMS Statement of Requirement (SoR).
