Tender description

Occupational Health Services for staff at SFT, ICB, SSL and Symphony. Lot 1: 1.1 Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a comprehensive, fully integrated, high quality and modern Occupational Health Service (OHS). The service must represent Value for Money (VfM), comply with national standards, and support the development of the Authorities’ health and wellbeing agenda. The OHS will be flexible, inclusive and accessible to the Trust’s employees as well as employees of Simply Serve Ltd, Symphony Healthcare Services and Somerset Integrated Care Board. Throughout this document all four organisations shall be referred to as the authorities.<br/>1.2 The Occupational Health provision must be fit for purpose, taking into account our local context and the individual needs of colleagues across all organisations. <br/>1.3 All OHS provisions will be evidence-based, inclusive and meet the same expectations of excellent person-centred care we provide our patients across Somerset. The Occupational Health provider will work in collaboration with us to improve the experience, retention, productivity, as well as the physical and mental wellbeing of all our colleagues.
