Tender description

The contract will be used to issue work orders to a highly competent and experienced contractor to provide ad-hoc scaffolding works (supply, erect, dismantle) for maintenance /repair works to properties that are the responsibility of ng homes. Lot 1: The works comprise the provision of scaffolding as required to assist ng homes with the maintenance and repair of their assets for a three year period. Typically Scaffold works are required for roofing works / repairs, external facade repairs including stonework and render as well as other high level operational requirements. Scaffolding for internal operations such as work within common closes, commercial premises may also be ordered through this agreement.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
