NHS Frimley ICB ("the Commissioner") commissions Mental Health and Community Services, providing physical and community healthcare, and mental health and wellbeing services, including an urgent mental health crisis service. BHFT is a system partner for NHS Frimley ICB. It contracts core Mental Health and Community Services and is an Urgent Mental Health Crisis Service. This award has been made following direct award process A. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Lot 1: NHS Frimley ICB ("the Commissioner") commissions Mental Health and Community Services, providing physical and community healthcare, and mental health and wellbeing services, including an urgent mental health crisis service. NHS Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (BHFT) is a system partner for NHS Frimley ICB. It contracts core Mental Health and Community Services and is an Urgent Mental Health Crisis Service. This direct award is for a period of 24 36 months , from 01st April 2024 - 31/03/2027 The total value of the contract for the 3 years is £369,366,000 . The three -year contract period will commence on the 1st April 2024. The Commissioner is directly awarding a contract to the existing provider NHS Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust in accordance with the criteria outlined in Regulation 6(3) and 7 Direct Award process A of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This Contract Award Notice has been published by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
