An on-line learning package is required for Maternity & Neonatal Voice Partnership (MNVP) Leads to: 1. Understand the role and responsibility of the MNVP Lead 2. Understand the maternity and neonatal system and landscape 3. Understand escalation processes 4. Better understand communication skills including engaging with senior leaders 5. Understanding equality, diversity and inclusion 6. Ensuring personal wellbeing 7. Listening well to: - neonatal parents - bereaved parents - ethnic minorities - parents living in areas of deprivation Contract length will run from signature until 31.03.25. A time based extension of 6 months will be available but this includes no further funding. The total value available for this contract is £50,000 (excluding VAT, charged at the prevailing rates) Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time.
