LLA are seeking 'Consultancy support' with regards to a future project of the replacement of the of the Air Traffic services The chosen applicant will be expected to collect and independent data over a nominal 6 month period before and during competition to generate KPI values and trends derived from the strategic flow down and thus provides a solid baseline of 'as is' performance at contract award, and from which improvements can be measured in the Air Traffic Service provider contract. Prospective bidders must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
