GB-Kings Lynn: Operational Building Inspection and Audit

Tender description

The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk is inviting tenders for inspection and audit of the Councils operational buildings to include a review of existing certification and identification of any assets that have not been reviewed in accordance with the statutory compliance legislation and best practice. For the avoidance of doubt this will include providing a further information on assets that do not comply with the legislation and best practice and the date (if any) an inspection took place. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
