Tender description

The services are being commissioned to ensure all gas and catering equipment is maintained to the required standard by Argyll and Bute Council. Lot 1: Argyll and Bute Council operate approximately 82 schools, 7 care homes and a number of Live Argyll facilities, hostels and home economics units. The contractor is required to provide scheduled gas maintenance (yearly) at 6 locations. As well as provide reactive maintenance for all locations. The following equipment is to be maintained on the basis of reactive maintenance only: - Gas / gas certification - Catering - Refrigeration - Other related equipment as may be added during the contract
