Tender description

CCS052 An Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking (UAS) Children and Leaving Care Nurse to support effective delivery of the Covid Mitigation Fund. The contract will include all districts and work with children who are either UAS children or are receiving support from the Derbyshire County Council (DCC) leaving care Service. Children and Young People will be referred to the service via the leaving care service.
