Tender description
Provision of a new distributor road connecting the R439 Banagher Road to the part built distributor facilitating Lidl off the N52. Works include the provision of a road constructed on a pile and slab foundation, excavate and replace earthworks and retaining works, drainage, attenuation, footpaths, cycleway, lighting, utilities, (include for statutory providers such as ESB, EIR, Uisce Éireann, etc.) fencing, landscaping, signage, road markings, and junction signalisation works.
