Tender description

The Authority undertakes and commissions a range of social and behavioural research across transport modes, including rail1. Discrete qualitative research projects, including quick turnaround projects, are part of this wider programme. The call-off contract must enable primary research to be carried out with a wide variety of groups, using a range of media (including face to face, online and telephone).
