South Dublin County Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the supply of an Online Consultation Portal. South Dublin County Council will be the lead buyer on behalf of South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, Fingal County Council and Dublin City Council. Lot 1: South Dublin County Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the supply of an Online Consultation Portal. South Dublin County Council will be the lead buyer on behalf of South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, Fingal County Council and Dublin City Council.
