Tender description

Pobl Group Ltd wishes to appoint a contractor(s) to undertake the Supply and Fit of Carpets and Flooring across the Group and in particular its Empty Homes and internal Letting Agency. Successful suppliers shall be required to measure the property, supply the carpet/ tiles/ LVT etc and fit to the required standard. The Contract will be divided into 2 lots, West & East. The Contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for 2 further 12 month periods.
