SEND Interventions 2024 - 4 School Refurbishments

Tender description

North Somerset Council requires construction works for the refurbishment of 4 Nurture Hubs, as part Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) support interventions at the following 4 schools: • Portishead Primary School (Nurture Space) - Internal refurbishment/alterations of existing modular teaching space into SEND Nurture Space (approx. 62m2) and associated external works. • Gordano Secondary School (Nurture Space) – Internal refurbishment/alterations of existing teaching space into SEND Nurture Space (approx. 85m2) and associated external works. • St Andrews C of E Primary School (Nurture Space) - Internal refurbishment/alterations of existing teaching space into SEND Nurture Space (approx. 75m2) and associated external works. • Mead Vale Community Primary School (Nurture Space) - Internal refurbishment/alterations of existing teaching space into SEND Nurture Space (approx. 75m2) and associated external works. A fixed price tender is required for the works with completion of all four projects by September 2024.
