Request for Information (RFI) - The Operation of Street Markets in High Wycombe and Aylesbury

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. IT IS NOT A TENDER PROCESS. The Council has responsibility for the traditional street markets in five different towns: Amersham, Aylesbury, Chesham, High Wycombe and Winslow, which currently operate under different delivery models. The Council has carried out a review of market operations and is now exploring the possibility of changing our operating model to refresh how we deliver our markets in Aylesbury and High Wycombe. We are looking to evolve and future proof our markets: re-invigorating our general street markets and expanding the approach to bring in more economic development opportunities. Suppliers are invited to participate in this Request for Information exercise by completing the attached questionnaire. This will help the Council understand the supplier’s potential requirements and obstacles to delivery as well as capacity to deliver a quality street market offer in Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
