Tender description

The purpose of this contract is to allow Dumfries and Galloway Council to award a contract to inspect, maintain and repair Physical Education, School Sport, and Physical Activity (PESSPA) equipment across its school & leisure property portfolio, to ensure that all equipment is maintained and is safe to use. Dumfries and Galloway Council is looking to award a contract to inspect, maintain and repair Physical Education, School Sport, and Physical Activity (PESSPA) equipment across its school property portfolio, to ensure that all equipment is maintained and is safe to use. This contract will cover, 7 All through Schools (Primary & Secondary), 9 Secondary only, 91 Primary Schools and 1 Special School across Dumfries and Galloway. There will also be the potential of four leisure facilities being included in this contract. Part of the contract award will involve the winning bidder constructing a full asset register of all PE and sports equipment in all locations.
