Translink's Claims Department are seeking to establish a framework of up to 3 suppliers to provide motor vehicle assessments. Approximately 1000 motor claims are received each year. On receipt of a claim, a motor assessor may be instructed to inspect the vehicle and provide a report outlining the damage to the vehicle and repair costs.
