Contract renewal for multiple year agreement to undertake various remedial works to void properties in preparation for new tenants. Works may vary from general decoration to extensive repairs and replacements of key components. Lot 1: Maryhill's void repairs contract is up for renewal in 2024 This will be a multiple year agreement with an initial period of 3 years followed by options to extend annually up to a maximum of 5 years in total. Maryhill HA have around 250 void properties per year and spend around GBP 500000 excl VAT per annum on various works to these properties.
