Tender description

The University of Liverpool is looking to tender for the provision of a portable air monitor system with real-time black carbon measurement abilities, which is to be utilised from the Department of Public Health Policy and Systems to build its research capabilities for multi-national research projects studying the effects of air-pollution in various countries in the UK-Europe, Africa and Globally. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
