The procurement of : full refurbishment of 23 Marlborough Road together with the construction of a single storey extension comprising of : •rewiring •replumbing •replacement heating system •replacement doors and windows as necessary •replastering as necessary •construction of a single storey extension forming and wet room and a bespoke bedroom for disabled tenant and carer •external ground works Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
