CORK CITY COUNCIL HOUSING DIRECTORATE MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR DEMOLITION & LANDSCAPING WORKS

Tender description

Cork City Council is seeking expressions of interest from Works Contractors for inclusion on a framework agreement for demolition works contracts. The works typically involves demolition of individual houses, blocks of houses and other building types. Associated works may include, but is not limited to, asbestos removal, isolation of dwellings to be demolished from adjoining properties, temporary weathering of adjoining gables and new gable wall construction (including the associated design), securing of sites using, for example, fencing and concrete plinths, removal of associated public realm, for example, roads, footpaths, walls, fencing, diversion and removal of services and the landscaping of the cleared sites, as well as site perimeter works such as wall construction/fencing. Works will be required for various projects made up of a mixture of works. Project values will range between €25,000 to €5,000,000. A panel of Contractors will be selected for a duration of 4 years at the discretion of Cork City Council.
