Tender description

Tenders are invited for the for the supply, installation, and management of a system to accurately measure and monitor footfall in Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne Town Centre. Interested parties are required to provide a footfall monitoring solution for the three town centres within the Mid & East Antrim Borough Council area. Our initial research has shown that there are a number of technical solutions for carrying out footfall monitoring, including camera- based, wi-fi tracking, and mobile app tracking systems. However, to ensure consistency and to avoid the dependency of data being linked of to phone ownership, wi-fi and app usage only camera-based solutions will be considered.
