Tender description

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) will procure for Occupational Health (OH) and/or Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services, including enhanced Bullying, Harassment & Discrimination (BHDV) helpline services. The MOD requires an OH and EAP service for approximately 51,000 industrial and non-industrial civil servants employed by the MOD and based primarily throughout the UK including Northern Ireland (NI) and a number of locations overseas. The procurement procedure will be defined. We are considering an open procedure or using a framework. Likewise, we are collecting market advice whether to procure EAP and OH combined or separated.
