St Helens Council is seeking to appoint an organisation to enter into a 5 (2+2+1) year contract for a NEET Engagement. The service is for young people aged 16 to 18 and for those up to age 25 with an Education, Health, and Care (ECH) plan. Please note that this is not a request for quote but for expressions of interest (EOI) only. It is the intention to publish the tender after the EOI period.
