Tender description

Supply, install and maintain gym equipment for various venues. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Gym Equipment Supply, install and maintain gym equipment within various venues. Initially 3 projects are required to replace ageing equipment within the Hunter Fitness Suite, Loudoun Leisure Centre and the Rose Reilly Sports Centre. Further projects may be required during the term of the contract and will be called off as and when budgets are available. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Specialist Electronic Power Assisted Gym Equipment Supply, install and maintain specialist electronic power assisted gym equipment within the Rose Reilly Sports Centre which should be a circuit based solution and allow for an active assisted range of motion for users who may have mobility issues, long term health conditions, rehabilitating or mental health struggles. Further requirements may be called off during the term of the contract. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Maintenance & Repair of Fitness Equipment Provision of an annual equipment maintenance service for existing gym equipment out with the scope of Lots 1 and 2 with call outs to inspect and repair equipment as and when required.
