Tender description

Provision of a Payroll Managed Service Lot 1: SONI intends to establish a single supplier framework agreement. SONI is seeking to appoint a single Tenderer to provide a payroll processing service to include the provision of Payroll and HR information systems which included NI fair employment and equality monitoring modules and auto-enrolment pension software and provision of on-line payslips for SONI staff. SONI will have on-site/remote access to both payroll and HR information and reporting systems, but data input will be the responsibility of the successful supplier.
