Tender description

During FY 23/24 (Phase 2a) we let a contract with UKCEH to launch a Beta Version of the UK domestic Saltmarsh Code, this has included the design of monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) procedures; producing carbon calculators; and exploring code governance and ownership models. As well as designing the code itself, drafting it to a pilot phase.   During FY 24/25 (Phase 2b) we will expand on this work, and by Summer 2025 version 1 of the UK Saltmarsh Code will be available for pilot sites to use, following a testing stage and further development of key areas identified within Phase 1.
