Tender description

NMBI proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement Provision of Managed Services for the Current MyNMBI and Technical Oversight and Related Services for the Next Generation of MyNMBI. A framework agreement constitutes a means of establishing overall terms and conditions in accordance with which, for a specified duration, individual contracts may or may not be awarded. In the context of a single-operator framework agreement, the successful framework member does not have to compete for each new contract. The Competitive Procedure with Negotiation is being used.
