Tender description

Financial appraisal software required to test viability of housing developments. This software is one of only two available in the market and have been used by the Council for many years – so Housing Development Team are trained and experienced in use of this software. The contract is for support and updates of the software for a 12 month period, which is only provided by this supplier. Prior to the end of this contract, a further procurement process will be undertaken to establish a longer term contract that meets the Housing Development Team's requirements.
