Tender description
Services of a specialist Programme Officer to meet a temporary statutory need. The service involve co-ordination between the local authority, local residents and agents and the Planning Inspector in relation to both the BCP Local Plan and CIL Charging Schedule public examinations. This requirement is to temporarily appoint the services of an individual contractor to undertake some administrative work. They are a go between for the Planning Inspectorate, the public and the Council. They should be independent of the Council, hence the need to appoint a specialist in this type of work.
