Tender description

The work comprises the carrying out of ad hoc small works and stage 3 medical adaptations – including shower tray installations, wet floor installations, shower over bath installations, external access ramp installations and internal and external handrail/grab rail installations - as may be required from time to time over the course of the contract. The small works portion of the contract will include but not be limited to the supply and installation of kitchens, bathrooms, fabric repairs, small civils work and rot works. Lot 1: The work comprises the carrying out of ad hoc small works and stage 3 medical adaptations – including shower tray installations, wet floor installations, shower over bath installations, external access ramp installations and internal and external handrail/grab rail installations - as may be required from time to time over the course of the contract. The small works portion of the contract will include but not be limited to the supply and installation of kitchens, bathrooms, fabric repairs, small civils work and rot works.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
