Refurbishment and reconfiguration of Levels 1 and 2 of the Mandela Building to provide IT classrooms, teaching studios and photography suites. Works to Level 1 include demolition of internal partitions and installation of new to form new IT classroom. M&E infrastructure upgrades to suite new layout. Flooring and decoration. Flooring and decoration. Framework call off to 1st ranked contractor under NE5 Medium Works Framework Agreement EFM2049NE for schemes between £1m and £4.1m
